Ways to make your day better during lockdown

  1. Have a good sleep schedule and morning routine
    Make sure to get 8+ hours of sleep every night, this will help you think more clearly and do better in online school.
    Having a good morning routine increases your productivity, helps you to be consistent in your day to day.

  2. Create your own gratitude journal
    Lowers your stress levels and helps you feel calm at night.
    Keeping a journal will help you gain a new perspective of what is important to you and what you truly appreciate in life.

  3. Exercise for 30 minutes daily
    By exercising for only 30 minutes everyday it gives you a sense of accomplishment and will improve your mood.
    Anything from walking, cycling, dancing or skipping. Anything that makes your heart rate go up will benefit your health!

  4. Call your friends or family for a chat.
    It may not mean a lot for you but receiving a call from a friend or loved one might make somebody's day!

  5. Try something new!
    Hobbies are important for many different reasons, it helps us distress from everything going on in the world.
