On Wednesday the 7th December, some of the students took part in a Christmas cake decorating class with teacher Ms Casey. The students were given some tips on how to work with sugar paste and decorate their homemade chocolate biscuit cakes with various coloured sugar pastes. The girls put their new skills to the test in the making of some very festive snowman cakes. It was such an enjoyable evening that we are planning to continue with a "Bake Club" starting on Wednesday December 21st from 4.00 - 6.00pm.
