Pope John Paul II Gold medal for Aisling & Hope

Congratulations to 5th yr students Hope Gillespie and Aisling Mullarkey, who were presented with the Pope John Paul II Gold medal by Bishop Fleming on Thursday December 9th.

The award is given to young people who take an active part in the life of their church and community. These two girls gave their beautiful singing voices to lift people at parish liturgies!

Well done also to Kate Kenny who was awarded the bronze medal award in absentia and to over 20 other young people from across the diocese who received awards this evening. #popejohnpaulawards #youngpeople
